Additional Program Details
- Properties that require extensive rehab and repair: our network of buyers is most interested in properties that require a large amount of rehab/repairs (preferably $20,000k+).
- Sellers that have a quick timeline to sell: Sundae’s quick offer turnaround and highly motivated buyers make us a great option when your client needs to move quickly, but we can also work with a longer timeline (close in as little as 10 days or up to 60 days). Clients with longer timelines to sell are not a good fit for Sundae.
- Properties must be within one of Sundae’s 11 markets
- Properties that have been sitting on the market: Sundae can get your client’s property in front of a new set of buyers that aren’t necessarily looking at the MLS and bring your client multiple cash offers in as little as 3 days.
- While on Sundae’s marketplace, the property can’t be listed anywhere else: to work with Sundae, we require an exclusive right to market the property for a limited time. If your client doesn’t like the offers, you’re free to pursue other avenues.
